ph2com is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to be in violation will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active ph2com account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. ph2com reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account on ph2com, accessing the Platform, or using any ph2com service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ph2com's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access ph2com, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future ph2com applications.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. ph2com's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ph2com is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph2com makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use ph2com.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph2com or from any other gaming platform through a recognized self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ph2com.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on ph2com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph2com reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph2com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. ph2com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. ph2com may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable law. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your ph2com Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in its immediate termination.
ph2com accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph2com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 . Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ph2com targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day. ph2com does not charge withdrawal fees.
ph2com reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your ph2com Account must match the name on your payment method. ph2com may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All transactions on ph2com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph2com does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.1 ph2com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. ph2com reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.5 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ph2com reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to Players who have opted out of marketing communications unless they opt back in.
7.1 All games available on ph2com are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on ph2com are independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game in the ph2com lobby.
7.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers. ph2com's live casino operations are subject to the same fairness and compliance standards as all other games on the Platform.

9.3 The ph2com name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph2com. You may not use any ph2com trademark without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 ph2com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph2com Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ph2com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph2com shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by interruptions to the Platform, including those caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond ph2com's reasonable control.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph2com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ph2com collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using ph2com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ph2com implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ph2com cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.3 ph2com may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by applicable Philippine law or as necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.
12.1 ph2com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. ph2com offers deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options to all Players.
12.2 If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, ph2com strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings, or to contact ph2com's support team to activate a cooling-off period.

13.1 ph2com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph2com reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph2com's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.3 ph2com reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended Account pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
14.1 ph2com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph2com will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of ph2com following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using ph2com and close your Account.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph2com's customer support team for informal resolution. ph2com will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
